Responsibilities
- Deliver the school’s work experience programme and work‑related learning.
- Support the Head of Personal Development in the delivery of careers education.
- Plan, organise and facilitate work‑experience placements for students.
- Communicate with students, staff and external employers in a clear, calm and professional manner.
- Work independently and as part of the personal development team.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of work‑experience activities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Flexible, punctual and reliable with strong organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of clear and professional interaction with students, staff and external partners.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Experience or knowledge of careers guidance and work‑related learning is desirable.
