Hours: 37 hours per week

Term Time + 5 days

Contract: Permanent

Responsibilities

  • Deliver the school’s work experience programme and work‑related learning.
  • Support the Head of Personal Development in the delivery of careers education.
  • Plan, organise and facilitate work‑experience placements for students.
  • Communicate with students, staff and external employers in a clear, calm and professional manner.
  • Work independently and as part of the personal development team.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of work‑experience activities.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Flexible, punctual and reliable with strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of clear and professional interaction with students, staff and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
  • Experience or knowledge of careers guidance and work‑related learning is desirable.
