We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially aware Pricing and Revenue Administrator to support our tour operating business. This role is pivotal in ensuring our pricing is accurate, competitive, and aligned with our commercial strategy, while also supporting operational processes that underpin our product delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Pricing Administration
- Maintain and update pricing across systems on all relevant product lines linked to Revenue Management function.
- Input and manage pricing data in internal systems and third-party platforms.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to support informed pricing decisions.
- Support the Commercial Finance team with margin analysis and pricing performance reporting.
- Operational Support
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of product inventory and availability in booking systems.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure operational readiness of products.
- Administrative support for the identification and execution of the Riviera Price Promise Policy as well as promotional activity implementation and monitoring.
- Systems & Process Management
- Work with IT and system providers to troubleshoot and improve pricing and product loading processes.
- Maintain documentation of pricing and operational procedures.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Commercial Finance, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Provide administrative support for commercial projects and initiatives.
- Attend internal meetings to represent pricing and operational interests.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in a commercial or operational role.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Excel and other data management tools.
- Experience with travel industry systems (e.g. Travelink, Dolphin, or similar) is desirable.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
