About the Role:
As Key Account Manager – North, you’ll be the face of Riviera Travel across the Northwest, Northeast, and Yorkshire, driving revenue, building relationships, and delivering standout support to our key trade partners.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a strategic call cycle focused on high-potential accounts
- Growing revenue and passenger numbers across your region
- Delivering impactful training and product knowledge sessions
- Hosting consumer events, fam trips, and educational days
- Monitoring competitor activity and feeding insights back to the business
- Driving engagement with Riviera’s trade tools, newsletters, and social platforms
- Collaborating with the wider trade team to ensure consistent communication and support
