Are you an experienced Senior Business Analyst who thrives in complex, technical environments and enjoys shaping impactful change? Riviera Travel is embarking on an exciting period of transformation, and we are looking for a highly capable, technically minded Senior Business Analyst to join our Technology & Change team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to influence major programmes of work including our booking platform transformation while also contributing across wider business, process, and technology change initiatives. Operating across the full project lifecycle, you’ll act as a trusted partner between Technology and the wider business ensuring requirements, impacts, and outcomes are clearly understood, documented, and delivered.
This requires someone who is confident engaging in technical dialogue, translating business needs into precise technical specifications, and guiding teams through discovery to delivery.
- Lead business analysis activity for medium-large programmes, owning discovery, definition, design, and delivery artefacts.
- Translate business objectives into structured epics, features, user stories, functional specs, and process models.
- Produce high-quality documentation including data mapping, interface specifications, system interaction diagrams, and requirements traceability.
- Support integration design, testing, and end-to-end validation activities.
- Provide mentorship, oversight, and quality assurance to BAs across the team.
- Ensure business readiness, impact assessment, and change implications are fully understood.
Experience with Azure DevOps or JIRA. Solid understanding of data flows, mappings, structures, and integration dependencies. Experience working through full SDLC, including supporting testing and validation. Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to translate complex technical detail into clear, business-friendly language. Experience in travel, tour operations, or booking/transactional platforms. Relevant certifications (BCS, IIBA, Agile BA). Adaptable and experienced across a variety of industries and project environments. Not just a technical BA, but also a strong partner across business and process change.
