This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the early stages of their career who is keen to learn, build experience and grow within a market‑leading travel business. As a Graduate Product Executive, you will support the delivery and ongoing development of our cruise product, working closely with Product Managers and experienced colleagues across the business. You’ll develop a practical understanding of how cruises are designed, priced, improved and delivered. Working across teams, you’ll help review how processes operate between departments and support improvements that make ways of working clearer, more efficient and more effective.

Through collaboration with stakeholders across Commercial, Operations, Marketing and Quality, you’ll build a strong grounding in guest experience, quality standards and commercial decision‑making. This role is an excellent entry point for someone curious, analytical and motivated to build a long‑term career in travel product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the day‑to‑day management of cruise products, helping keep itineraries, pricing and product information accurate and up to date.
  • Assist Product Managers with product development activity, including research, updates and enhancements.
  • Build an understanding of commercial decision making.
  • Carry out competitor and market research to support product improvements.
  • Maintain accurate product data across systems, reports and documentation.
  • Take increasing ownership of defined tasks end to end, working independently day‑to‑day with guidance from your manager.
Quality & Guest Experience
  • Support the monitoring and review of guest feedback and post‑trip insights.
  • Identify trends or recurring issues and feed recommendations into product improvements.
  • Ensure product content is accurate, meets quality standards and aligns with guest expectations.
  • Work with internal teams to support the resolution of product or quality‑related issues that may impact the guest experience.
  • Develop an understanding of how product decisions, operational delivery and quality come together to share the end-to-end guest journey.
Supplier & Stakeholder Management
  • Day‑to‑day collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders through information gathering, updates, negotiations and issue resolution.
  • Learn how supplier relationships are managed to maintain quality and value.
  • Support review of cross-team processes and contribute to improvements that increase efficiency.
  • Shadow product managers in cross-team discussions, building confidence and independence in stakeholder communication over time.
