Riviera Travel is embarking on an exciting period of digital transformation, and we’re now seeking an experienced Digital Business Analyst (Contract) to support a significant programme of work across our digital platforms and wider business systems.
With major digital initiatives underway, this contract role will provide immediate impact delivering high-quality analysis, supporting roadmap shaping, and enabling our development teams to move at pace.
You’ll be working closely with our Digital Product Owner and Technology & Change team to refine a large volume of digital requirements, shape solution approaches, and ensure our internal and external development partners have everything they need to deliver.
This is a chance to step into a role with strong autonomy, meaningful strategic influence, and involvement in major digital workstreams including booking systems, CRM, and data platform evolution.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading requirements gathering, refinement, and documentation (use cases, journeys, process flows, epics & user stories)
- Working within Agile/Scrum ceremonies on backlog refinement, prioritisation and estimation
- Collaborating with internal digital teams and external development partners
- Supporting strategic planning for an extensive digital development roadmap
- Analysing system, data and process impacts to inform solution design
- Ensuring clarity, quality and feasibility of requirements across all digital initiatives
What you bring:
- 4+ years’ Business Analysis experience with strong digital/e-commerce background
- Excellent elicitation and refinement skills
- Experience with Jira (preferred) or Azure DevOps
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC
- Previous ecommerce experience, working with different web platforms, ideally at enterprise level.
- Ability to translate complex technical detail into clear business language
- Knowledge of CMS platforms – Drupal experience highly desirable
- Comfortable working autonomously, with strong stakeholder communication skills
