The Channels Marketing Junior Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing creative for Channels Marketing by supporting our current Channels Graphic designer. The ideal candidate will have professional training in graphic design as well as being a versatile and collaborative team member who can contribute to the overall success of design projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic design creation
- Develop visually appealing and effective executions for various print and digital materials.
- Produce designs that align with the brand identity and brief objectives.
- Manage all design work while current Channels Marketing designer is out of office.
- Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure that final designs meet established standards and specifications.

Brand consistency
- Ensure consistency in design elements to brand guidelines across all executions.
- Pay attention to details such as font size, colour schemes and spacing.
Software proficiency
- Stay up to date on industry trends and design tools.
- Prepare files for printing and work with printing suppliers to ensure the quality of the final product.
Conceptualisation
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and concepts for design projects.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills when faced with design challenges.
File and time management
- Organise and manage design files to ensure efficient workflow and easy access for team members.
- Upload images and videos to the central Asset Bank system, ensuring license details and tags are recorded correctly
- Meet project deadlines and manage time effectively to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Feedback incorporation
- Accept constructive feedback and revise designs as necessary.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Qualification in Graphic Design or similar field
- Expertise in the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere Pro)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Great attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality work
- A team player, with the ability to build strong working relationships
