We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Arcade Attendant to join our vibrant team. As an Arcade Attendant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring that all visitors have an enjoyable and memorable experience. Your responsibilities will include managing the arcade area, assisting guests with games, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
The ideal candidate must be available to work evenings/weekends and must be able to commit to a minimum of 30 hours per week. Shift patterns will be: 9 am - 4 pm / 4 pm - 10 pm.
Responsibilities:- Greet guests warmly as they enter the arcade and provide assistance as needed.
- Manage the operation of arcade games, ensuring they are functioning correctly and are well-maintained.
- Assist guests in understanding game rules and provide guidance on how to play.
- Handle cash transactions for game credits and prizes while ensuring accuracy in all financial dealings.
- Maintain cleanliness of the arcade area, including regular cleaning of machines and surrounding spaces.
- Monitor guest behaviour to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors.
- Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, enhancing overall guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to organise events or promotions that engage guests and encourage repeat visits.
