We are currently seeking a Program Analyst to support our Patuxent River, MD customer. The Program Analyst will provide acquisition and management support to the PMA-276 Avionics Integrated Product Team.
Functional Description: Assist all Avionics IPT Level 3 Project Leads with all aspects of their projects. The Program Analyst shall assist with budget and financial planning, coordinate efforts of acquisition requirements within AMS, and perform operational requirements as needed by the IPT. Tasks will include collecting, compiling and analyzing project cost and schedule data. The Program Analyst shall also support any data calls, budgetary support documentation, and other financial reporting in support of the Avionics IPT.
Will assist the project leads with the following tasks, but are not limited to:
- PID creation / routing
- SPID creation / management
- CDRL routing
- Contract status reporting
- Spend plan assistance
- Risk tool support (ISEE)
- Manage TEAMS pages / meetings
- Routing and management of correspondence
- Attend meeting to contribute and capture action items
- Coordinate completion of taskers for the IPT
Required Education: BS or BA degree in a business, management or relevant technical discipline. Allowable Substitution: Associate’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree. OR Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
Required Experience: Must have three (3) to ten (10) years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
Desired Experience: Demonstrated experience related to weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management in a NAVAIR Program. Experience in program/project status tracking and schedules. Demonstrated knowledge of SECNAV, OPNAV and OSD policy and documentation related to PPBS, life-cycle management of military acquisition programs (as specified in the DoD 5000 series), Military Interdepartmental Procurement Requests, Work requests, Requisitions, Contract Data Requirements Lists, and DD 254. Must be able to obtain/maintain requisite security clearance.
