RiverWoods Manchester is currently seeking a full-time Community Life Associate to join our team to make a difference in the wellbeing of our residents. Our commitment is to create the possibility for each resident to live their best life in every facet of their lives throughout each stage of life.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with resident committees on implementing their desired outcomes.
- Support with active participation, in all aspects of the RiverWoods community.
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Community Life and the Community Life Team.
- Managing assigned projects.
- Follow up on resident concerns to reach a resolution and respond to resident and staff requests for assistance.
- Setting up event rooms.
Qualifications:
- Two to five years of experience in senior living, activities, social services and/or gerontology, preferred.
- Strong computer skills and proficient with Illustrator.
- Basic knowledge of photographic, audio/visual and computer equipment.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work with minimal supervision in a team environment.
- Have strong organizational skills.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
