You will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding care and supporting the Home Manager in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Home Manager with the overall clinical and operational leadership of the home.
  • Lead, mentor and support the nursing and care team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
  • Conduct care assessments, develop care plans and ensure compliance with NMC standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Promote a positive, safe and caring environment for residents, families, and staff.
  • Assist with staff supervision, training, and development.

Requirements:

  • NMC Registered Nurse
  • Previous experience in a care home or similar clinical setting.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • A compassionate and proactive approach to elderly care.
  • Right to work in the UK.
