About the Role
We're looking for an organised and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join our friendly team in Redhill. You'll play a key role in supporting the sales process from initial customer enquiry through to delivery, ensuring quotations, orders and customer information are processed accurately and efficiently. Working closely with customers and colleagues across the business, you'll help deliver an outstanding customer experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our Sales team.
Main Responsibilities
- Process customer enquiries, quotations and sales orders accurately.
- Manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery.
- Keep customers updated on order progress and respond to enquiries.
- Liaise with Production, Stores and Finance to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
- Arrange customer deliveries and prepare invoices where required.
- Process warranty claims and customer documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer records within our ERP (Odoo) and CRM (HubSpot) systems.
- Monitor outstanding orders and proactively follow up where required.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including new systems, automation and AI.
- Provide general administrative support to the Sales team.

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. You'll have strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail and be confident managing multiple tasks in a busy environment. You'll be proactive, dependable and enjoy working as part of a team, while also being able to work independently and use your initiative. Experience within a manufacturing or engineering business would be an advantage, but above all we're looking for someone with the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
