The Senior Business Analyst analyzes and documents end-to-end business processes across Riverstone International’s operations, partnering with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.

The role leads the assessment, validation, and documentation of operating models for new acquisitions and change initiatives, maintaining a comprehensive view of key processes to generate actionable business insights.

Additionally, the Senior Business Analyst drives the continuous improvement of business analysis frameworks, tools, and methodologies to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, validate, and document the Target Operating Model (TOM) for new acquisitions and change initiatives.
  • Conduct impact analysis and ensure UAT activities align with the agreed TOM, supporting project and IT teams in issue resolution.
  • Monitor and continuously improve the TOM to ensure it remains effective and aligned with business needs.
  • Develop and maintain standardized TOM templates to assess and manage variances from the operating model.
  • Analyze and document end-to-end business processes across River Stone International’s operational entities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of an end-to-end view of the Group operating model and key value streams.
  • Define and track performance metrics and KPIs to measure process effectiveness and improvement outcomes.
  • Maintain a central repository of process documentation to support transparency and business transformation.
  • Drive continuous improvement of business analysis practices, tools, and methodologies.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members and promote adherence to best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management Information Systems, Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Senior Business Analyst within the insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of insurance business operations, systems, and processes.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques (e. g., BPMN, Microsoft Visio).
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e. g., Excel, Power BI, Power Point) to extract, interpret, and present insights.
  • Proven experience analyzing and documenting business requirements and end-to-end processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply root cause analysis techniques to identify and resolve process issues.
  • Experience leading workshops, meetings, and collaborative sessions to elicit requirements and align stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and engage effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to act as a liaison between business and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, generate insights, and develop data-driven recommendations.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to foster collaboration and build consensus across diverse groups.
  • Highly organized, with excellent time management and project coordination skills.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record of executing and consistently delivering on commitments and objectives.
  • Legally authorized to work in the UK.
  • Must be available to work on-site in the office at least three days per week.
