In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the UK Chief Claims Officer and Associate Claims Directors, supporting the wider Claims division including the Claims Hub and Delegated Authority teams. You will coordinate day-to-day administrative activities, manage schedules and communications, and ensure the efficient running of processes across the teams.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience as an Office Administrator, Archivist, Librarian or Personal Assistant
  • Knowledge: Advanced use of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook); Shorthand / audio or copy typing (desirable); Financial services or insurance sector (desirable)
  • Skills: Planning and organisation; Excellent communication (written / verbal); Diplomacy; Accuracy and attention to detail; Decision making; Time management; Confidentiality; IT Skills; Analysis; Negotiation
