The concierge team (day team and night team) provides a 24-hour hospitality services to the residents in their luxury apartments, including our exceptional amenity spaces including spa, gym, cinema, club room, bars and restaurant.

Variety is everything in this role, from warm and welcoming chats, to checking all areas are just so, sorting IT fixes, resolving issues, booking tickets and activities, providing valet parking (so a driving license if essential), through to serving a coffee in the espresso bar…and so much more.

Our concierge team are on hand come rain or shine to make sure our residents live the life they want to live.

More flexibility to live the life you want to live – the day concierge team operate on a 12-hour shift pattern (11.5 working hours) working 7 days in every 14-day rota cycle.

This role equates to a 3.5-day week working an average of 40.25 hours.

  • You want to take your experience and passion for high end service (possibly, but not necessarily gained in hospitality, travel or retail) and step out of the conventional sectors to be part of creating a new lifestyle choice for the over-65s in central London.

Key responsibilities of the Concierge Team

  • Be the first point of contact for residents needing the convenience and friendliness of a concierge service to sort, to book, to greet, to advise, to deliver and to direct as necessary to meet their needs.

For example, making restaurant reservations to booking activities and events.

  • Manage communication with our residents, including through our resident app.
  • Conduct regular security and compliance checks.
  • Provide hands-on support in dealing with incidents and emergencies, including administering first aid and coordinating with emergency services, in accordance with our procedures.

Full training provided.

  • Ability to help residents park their cars so a driving licence will be required.
  • Good IT skills will be a big asset to help our residents with their IT questions and any support needed
  • Ensure all areas are immaculately presented and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Support the wider residence team and contribute to continuous improvement of our services.
