Be one of our first Grounds Maintenance Operative at our new Riverstone residence at Bishops Avenue, near to Hampstead Heath, which is due to open later this year. This is for you if you:
- love being outside, whether you have a hosepipe, watering can, leaf blower or broom in hand and take real pride in the spaces you look after
- have grounds/'yard man'/gardening maintenance working experience
- have a genuine and deep-rooted interest in others and will enjoy building long-term relationships with our residents
- want to be a part of creating a new lifestyle choice for the over-65s.
Key responsibilities of the Grounds Maintenance/Custodian include:
- Ensure the grounds and gardens are immaculately presented and maintained, working with our gardener, maintenance team and 3rd party suppliers and contractors as required
- Site Cleanliness, for example transporting and emptying commercial waste bins
- Seasonal Maintenance, such as clearing fallen leaves in autumn and performing winter duties like snow clearance or gritting pathways
- Complete scheduled checks of the Residence including statutory compliance
A rewarding role with a starting salary up to £30,000 gross (pa) based on experience, plus performance-related bonus. 40-hour week, Monday to Friday.
