Be one of our first Grounds Maintenance Operative at our new Riverstone residence at Bishops Avenue, near to Hampstead Heath, which is due to open later this year. Key responsibilities of the Grounds Maintenance/Custodian include:

  • Ensure the grounds and gardens are immaculately presented and maintained, working with our gardener, maintenance team and 3rd party suppliers and contractors as required
  • Site Cleanliness, for example transporting and emptying commercial waste bins
  • Seasonal Maintenance, such as clearing fallen leaves in autumn and performing winter duties like snow clearance or gritting pathways
  • Complete scheduled checks of the Residence including statutory compliance

A rewarding role:

Starting salary up to £30,000 gross (pa) based on experience, plus performance‑related bonus. 40-hour week, Monday to Friday. Some of the benefits that you will have access to include:
