The Role
- Plan, implement and supervise the provision of quality care, in conjunction with Service Users.
- Ensure Service Users retain their dignity and individuality.
- Be involved in the general activities of the Care Centre.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for Service Users, Staff Members and Visitors.
- The Senior Care Assistant is responsible for daily running home in the absence of the Home Manager.
