The Role:
- To assist in the provision of care and work as part of the team to achieve required standards.
- To ensure Service Users retain their dignity and individuality.
- To be involved in the general activities of the Care Centre.
- To maintain a safe and secure environment for Service Users, Staff Members and Visitors.
Our ideal care assistant will:
- Have some experience in a similar role.
- Be able to engage and develop positive relationships with residents.
- Be reliable, friendly and caring to help our residents achieve their everyday goals (including personal care).
- Be able to support in-house activities and hobbies.
- Engage with residents and their families to continuously develop care plans.
