Riverside in Wakefield is seeking a Support Worker (Outreach) to work across our supported services, helping customers access employability support, manage money, and secure benefits or housing move-ons.
You will travel to identify rough sleepers in the Wakefield district, build confidence, maintain records, and collaborate with partners while showing empathy, resilience and a flexible, team-focused approach.
The role requires a car and involves weekend shifts as part of a rolling rota.
