Salary: £25,673.65 per annum, pro‑rata

Working Hours: 30 Hours per week

Working Pattern: Working 4 days per week 7.30 – 22.00 including weekends and bank holidays

Location: The SASH Project, Salford, Greater Manchester

Role Overview: You will be key in the day‑to‑day running of a supported housing service. Your priority is the safety and wellbeing of everyone in our accommodation, including our customers. You’ll log incidents, manage customer calls, handle emergency services, and prepare rooms for the next occupant.

About you:

  • Experience of working with people in a customer facing environment
  • An understanding of supporting vulnerable people – this could include having your own lived experience of homelessness or drug or alcohol addiction
