Riverside is recruiting a Senior Building Safety officer (fire doors) in Liverpool. The role is a permanent, hybrid position with 35 hours per week, Monday–Friday. You will lead fire safety across a mixed-tenure portfolio, delivering inspections, risk assessments and proactive capital works.
You will oversee budgets, liaise with regulators, partners and suppliers, and drive continuous improvement in building safety and door integrity within Riverside’s estates.
