Riverside is seeking an Income Management Officer to maximise rental income and manage arrears, supporting tenants and sustaining tenancies.
The role is based in the Midlands with opportunities on-site at Carlisle or Leicester and focuses on debt collection, payment plans and preventing homelessness.
