- You will be working from one of our supported services working collaboratively as part of a team to deliver an outstanding service and a range of practical and emotional assetâbased approaches to support.
- Have âspecialist knowledgeâ in relation to working with customers and be the lead of your specialism within the service.
- Working in a Trauma Informed Care approach you will engage and connect with local services and external stakeholders to secure the best services and support for our customers.
- âSpecialist knowledgeâ can be in a range of skills relating to our customer groups; drug/alcohol misuse, mental health, employment and training, volunteering or similar.
About you:
- Recent experience of support work, risk management and managing caseloads and working with vulnerable and diverse customer groups.
- Knowledge and proven continuous personal development of working with vulnerable adults utilising âspecialist knowledgeâ.
- Experience of working in challenging environments with the ability to plan, prioritise and organise tasks to achieve results.
- Experience of building effective relationships with customers and stakeholders.
