Are you looking for an opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading registered providers of social housing?

If so, we are seeking an exceptional new Group Board Member who will also become our Vice Chair and chair our Governance and Remuneration Committee.

Riverside is a group of complementary businesses driven by a clear social purpose, with a charitable housing association at its core. A major national provider of affordable housing, care and support services in England and Scotland, we own over 77,000 homes, have an annual turnover of £680 million, and £5 billion of assets. Our vision is to transform the lives of the 140,000+ people we house and revitalise the neighbourhoods in which they live.

We would also welcome hearing from candidates who bring skills in finance and treasury, IT and cyber security, or commercial ventures.

At Riverside, our people are our greatest asset and diversity and inclusion is at the heart of everything we do. We have signed up to the National Housing Federation’s Chair’s Challenge to increase diversity in our governance community as we strive to reflect the diversity of the communities that we serve. We are committed to supporting and promoting equality, diversity and inclusion and this commitment is embraced across the Group.

The time commitment is anticipated to be approximately two days per month.
