Position Overview

We are seeking an organised, proactive and friendly Administrative Assistant to join our busy Infrastructure Team and provide high-quality clerical and administrative support across the school.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors.
  • Manage day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the school offices.
  • Travel between our four sites as required.

Required Skills & Experience

  • A sense of humour and a calm, approachable manner.
  • Strong ICT skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly as part of a multi‑disciplinary team.
  • Previous administrative experience is desirable.
