An exciting opportunity has been created at Toyota GB, who are seeking to recruit an Academy Operations Team Leader through their partner, AGA Performance.

The Company AGA Performance is an ISO accredited Training and Learning and Development Consultancy, providing high-quality, unique and distinctive products and services to the automotive industry, and works closely with Toyota. They are responsible for sales, marketing, and customer relationships nationwide, consistently delivering dedication, innovation and quality within the world's leading automotive company.

The Role You will be responsible for managing the Academy operations to ensure smooth running in line with the service level agreement. You will provide regular proactive monitoring, data analysis and reporting against KPIs. Your responsibilities include managing the Academy Support Team to ensure a customer-first service is provided to the network and all TGB stakeholders. Work closely with the training leader(s), Toyota Motors Europe (TME) and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless service delivery.

Key responsibilities:

  • Quality: Specific line management responsibilities (for example, quarterly reviews, annual reviews, performance management).
