🔧 Your Role

Rygor Auto are looking for an experienced and qualified Van Technician to join their brilliant team at their Mercedes-Benz dealership in Oxford.
As a Van Technician, your role will be to keep your customers’ vehicles on the road, via quality, safe and compliant maintenance.
The right candidate will be able to deliver an exceptional service to the highest quality.
🗓️Day to day, you will be
- Performing major and minor repairs to Mercedes-Benz light commercial vehicles.
- Performing regular inspection and general preventive maintenance services.
- Maintaining inventory in the workshop and ensuring cleanliness from oil spills and dust.
- Working with repair teams to help diagnose and plan repairs for the vehicles.
- Maintaining records of vehicles that have been repaired, using all appropriate modules of Keyloop/Kerridge.
- Completing relevant documentation and paperwork as required and providing warranty claims or escalating them to higher management.
- Carry out wheel alignment and tyre fitting.
- Complete customer documentation while working to agreed time scales.
⚙️ Skills & Behaviours Required for this Role
Qualification - You will need to be level 3 (NVQ or City and Guilds or IMI Qualification) in
Vehicle Repair and maintenance, plus have experience in carrying out diagnostic and service repairs.
What’s more, you will need the ability to identify worn & faulty components in accordance with the DVSA Standards and have a current, full UK driving license for the relevant vehicle classes.
