Office Administrator in Manchester

⏰ 44 hours: 07:00-16:30, Monday to Thursday and 07:00-15:30 on Friday.

Are you an organised and detail-oriented administrator with experience using Kerridge and handling high volumes of data? If so, we want to hear from you!

• You have previous experience in an administration role within the motor trade.
• You have experience using Kerridge (essential).
• You are computer literate and confident using Microsoft Office applications.
• You have strong Excel skills and experience with data input.
• You have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

The Job

We are looking for a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join the team at Coolfreeze. This is a varied and fast-paced role where you will provide administrative support across the business, ensuring information is processed accurately and efficiently to support the day-to-day operations.

The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and experience working with data, business systems and Microsoft Excel. As Kerridge is a key system within the business, previous experience using Kerridge is essential. You will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, maintaining accurate records and working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the office.
