  • Basic Salary between £32,000 and £38,000 DOE uncapped OTE (£60,000)

Bonus is based on productivity on a weekly basis, £30.00 for hitting productivity and then £12,50 for every hour above.

The average bonus is between £450 and £650 per month if you hit the productivity percentage.

  • Carrying out service, diagnosis and repair of vehicles to excellent standards.
  • Communicating with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control.
  • Speaking with customers on occasion to provide your expert, technical opinion.
  • Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
  • Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
  • Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.

About You

  • You will be a Level 3 qualified technician with experience working within a main dealer
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Happy to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work to timescales effectively, with a keen eye for detail
