Riverside Recruitment are recruiting for Sealer Operatives to join a well-established and highly respected manufacturing company. With continual market growth they now require additional staff on a permanent basis.
This is a fast-paced working environment which may involve some heavy lifting and will require a good eye for detail. This is a vital role within the production process so we are looking for candidates who take pride in their work.
This is a factory / production based environment working a rotational treble shift basis. The shifts do not disrupt weekends, but you MUST be able to cover all shifts.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Quality and Quantity assurance, ensuring correct stock layout, quantity and quality is correct on pallet and that the finished pallets meet quality standards
- Working independently and alongside the Machine Operators and other Sealer Operatives
- Working with pallet trucks and moving pallets, being responsible for your own safety and safety of others

The hours are Monday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern and all applicants must be able to cover ALL shifts:
- Mornings: 6am to 2pm Monday to Thursday and 6am to 11.30am Friday
- Afternoons: 2pm to 10pm Monday to Thursday and 11.30am to 5pm Friday
- Nights: 10pm to 6am Monday to Thursday and 5pm to 10.30pm Friday
Working week is 37.5 hours (all breaks paid) and overtime is payable thereafter.
