We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager / Regional Service Manager specialising in Engineering and Maintenance to oversee operations across multiple sites within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing maintenance teams, ensuring engineering standards are met, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional service operations, ensuring operational and financial KPIs are achieved.
- Build strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Coach and develop field and office staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Oversee workload planning, performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Improve processes and data management, working closely with internal teams.
- Support warranty and contractual issue resolution.
