We are working with a forward-thinking manufacturer in Penrith, entering an exciting phase of growth, with a new production line and major transformation plans underway. This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Quality Manager to shape site standards and drive continuous improvement.
You will take ownership of the site's quality strategy, leading QA and QC activity, strengthening systems, and embedding a true quality-first culture across the operation. Working closely with production, engineering and suppliers, you will ensure products consistently meet the highest standards.
What you will be doing:
- Leading and developing the site Quality Strategy
- Managing and improving the QMS (including ISO 9001 compliance)
- Driving quality improvements through data, root cause analysis and process control
- Leading audits, resolving non-conformances and reducing customer complaints
- Supporting new product introduction and supplier quality performance
- Coaching and developing teams to build a strong quality culture
What we are looking for:
- Proven Quality leadership experience in manufacturing or production
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality tools (FMEA, RCA, etc.)
- A hands-on, solutions-focused approach
- Confident leadership and strong communication skills
