The Role:
We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join our client's busy industrial bakery in Workington. This will lead to a permanent role for the right candidates.
Shift Patterns available: (Let us know which shift works best for you!)
- 6:00am - 2:00pm
- 2:00pm - 10:00pm
- 10:00pm - 06:00am
Pay Rate: £24,800 per annum. There are also opportunities for overtime, giving you the chance to increase your earnings.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Working in a fast-paced bakery production environment
- Preparing, packing, and handling products on busy production lines
- Ensuring products meet our high quality and food safety standards
- Working as part of a supportive and friendly team
- Staying active and engaged throughout your shift
Experience:
Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, or bakery environments is an advantage but not essential. We value the right attitude, reliability, teamwork, and willingness to learn just as much as previous experience.
