I am seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to provide excellent customer service for our internal clients. You will cooperate within a team environment to provide proactive and reactive support, fast response to inquiries, have strong problem-solving skills, and appropriate resolution through a ticketing solution.
The ideal candidate will bring knowledge of service desk technologies working within an ITIL Framework by providing service desk support services and linked IT admin tasks for the company’s user base.
Responsibilities:- Keep service tickets and internal systems updated, escalating issues where required.
- Maintain support documentation, processes, and procedures.
- Follow change control processes and comply with SLAs and contractual requirements.
- Support users across multiple sites when needed.
- Perform daily system checks and maintain phone coverage during business hours.
- Build and deploy new computers and mobile devices.
- Manage IT assets and user access accounts.
- Customer service and IT Service Desk experience.
- Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to prioritise workloads and perform under pressure.
- Customer-focused, flexible, and proactive in resolving issues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with multiple operating systems.
- Educated to A-Level standard or above; IT qualifications and ITIL knowledge desirable.
- Experience using process-driven applications.
- Full, clean driving License.
