Are you a highly organised and enthusiastic individual who is driven, ready to perform and determined by giving great customer service? If so, we may have the perfect opportunity for you. Due to continued growth, the business is looking for a Client Account Manager to join an exceptional team.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in client-facing roles, building on existing relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and communicating efficiently within our business. The Client Account Manager will work closely with the Contracts Team Leader, Business Development Team, IT Teams, Production Teams, Commercial Team, Legal Team and Project Management Team. You will enjoy the fast-paced environment and be the client’s main point of contact, overseeing the daily, routine tasks involved with addressing the customer's needs and concerns and maintaining their account activities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a number of key accounts for the business in a competitive market
- Truly understand their business in order to service the needs of both
- Manage client’s needs through the business efficiently and accurately, using the software provided
- Monitor and track spending, querying and reporting potential issues
- Engage in meetings both internally and externally
- Follow up with clients on a regular basis ensuring needs are being met
- Competent with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Manage KPI’s
- Work with all internal departments efficiently

- You must have the ability to manage numerous tasks every day in a very busy department
