The Role
As a Manufacturing Operative, you will play a key role in the day-to-day production process, taking responsibility for overseeing product mixes and supporting the operation of the site's two main production lines. Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and controlling production processes from the control room
- Supervising the operation of the production lines
- Ensuring products are manufactured safely and to the required quality standards
- Assisting with machine operation and production activities
- Working closely with a small team to achieve production targets
- Maintaining a safe and efficient working environment
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site
We are looking for someone who:
