Hours: 37.5 hrs per week – Rotating Shifts (AM’s, PM’s & Nights) - Shorter day on Fridays for all 3 shifts
Pay: £13.23ph (Machine Assistant) £14.35ph (Machine Operator)
We are seeking individuals that have proven experience working within a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment. Our client based in Westbury, a highly respected manufacturer that has grown significantly, is looking for new talent to join them on a permanent basis.
We are seeking reliability, trustworthiness, and a strong drive for advancement for both Machine Assistants and Machine Operators, within a well-established and expanding company.
Machine Assistant: Candidates must be comfortable with performing repetitive tasks to a high standard and thrive in a fast-paced environment with some aspects of heavy lifting. You will be assisting the operators by stacking, checking, and packing products and conducting quality checks in preparation for goods for the warehouse.
Machine Operator: Candidates must have proven engineering/mechanical skills (professionally or personally) and have operated machinery previously. Ideally, you must be practically minded and have utilised hand/power tools.
The shifts do not disrupt weekends, but you MUST be able to cover all 3 shifts:
- 6am to 2pm (6am to 11.30am on Friday)
- 2pm to 10pm (11.30am to 5pm on Friday)
- 10pm to 6am (5pm to 10.30pm on Friday)
All breaks are paid.
