We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Central Operations Assistant to join our client’s dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will support the smooth running of our clients' offices and provide essential assistance to their legal and operations teams. This exciting role will suit a positive and personable individual who can demonstrate an enthusiastic approach to their work.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for IT, facilities, and general office queries
- Assist with onboarding and induction for new starters
- Provide reception and front-of-house cover when needed
- Support legal teams with invoicing, diary management, and file handling
- Help the New Enquiries team with data entry and client onboarding
- Manage client calls, correspondence, scanning, and filing
- Contribute to audits, compliance checks, and operational improvements
