The Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised individual to join us as a Business Administrator Level 3 Apprentice. This is an exciting opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience in administration while completing two Level 3 qualifications over an 18-month period. You’ll be supported by a dedicated tutor, with monthly sessions and assignments designed to develop your skills and confidence. As a Business Administrator Apprentice, you’ll support our busy recruitment office in Carlisle, handling both administrative and compliance tasks. You will gain experience across multiple systems and processes, learning the inner workings of a recruitment agency and the business world more broadly.
