I am seeking a highly organised and customer-focused New Enquiries Coordinator to be the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and efficient experience for potential clients, customers and partners. This role serves a professional and empathetic experience while accurately gathering information and directing cases to internal legal teams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and be able to manage your own workload. You must also have proven experience within an Administration role or similar. Talent for building relationships is key for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly and professionally to all new enquiries, offering clients confidence and clarity from their very first contact.
- Understanding each client’s needs and preparing fee earners for effective initial meetings.
- Guiding clients through AML/ID ensuring all information is complete and accurate.
- Managing follow-ups within 5 working days to support improved conversion rates.
- Recording reasons for non-conversion and sharing insights to help enhance performance and best practice.
- Providing comprehensive handovers to the File Opening team within agreed timeframes.
- Spotting opportunities for cross-referrals and making warm, well‑judged introductions.
- Acting as a champion of excellent client experience and promoting the firm’s values in every interaction.
- Maintaining robust adherence to processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
