We are seeking a highly organised and client-focused Client Intake & Enquiries Coordinator to act as the first point of contact for all new enquiries. You will deliver a welcoming and efficient experience, gather accurate information, and provide seamless handovers to internal legal teams. This role requires excellent communication, strong administration skills, and the ability to work proactively in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond professionally to new enquiries, providing clarity and confidence from first contact.
- Assess client needs and prepare fee earners for effective initial meetings.
- Guide clients through AML/ID processes, ensuring full compliance.
- Manage follow‑ups within 5 working days to support conversion rates.
- Record reasons for non‑conversion and share insights for improvement.
- Provide accurate and timely handovers to the File Opening team.
- Identify cross‑referral opportunities and make warm introductions.
- Champion excellent client experience and uphold firm values.
- Maintain compliance with processes, quality standards and regulations.
About You
- Experience in a client‑focused or administrative role within a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication skills – empathetic, confident and engaging.
