Registered Residential Manager - New Children\'s Home (Workington)

Riverside Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading child centred company, based in Workington, for a permanent Children’s Home Registered Manager.

This is a small, young company who are new to operating within Cumbria, but whom have a wealth of experience, and a proven track record, in transforming young peoples lives with outstanding Ofsted ratings in other homes in the North West.

They are now looking to appoint an experienced Registered Children's Home Manager who will be excited to join a forward thinking, but family operated company where you will have full autonomy, and support from Directors.

You will be involved in providing therapeutic care in a safe, supportive, and nurturing home environment, helping children heal, grow, and reach their full potential.

What are we looking for?

– Level 3 or 4 in residential childcare.

– Recent work experience within a children’s home.

– Has formally managed and supervised care staff.

Hours and Pay:

• Full time, Permanent
• £50,000 – £70,000 Salary Depending on Experience
• Registration Bonus of £2k Plus an Ofsted rating Bonus of £1k for Outstanding
• 33 Days Holiday
