We are seeking a driven and passionate Valeter / Driver to join our Polestar team. Based in Wakefield, this fast-paced and varied role that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Essentials (You Must Have):
- Full, valid UK driving licence
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong team-working abilities
Key Responsibilities
- Checking vehicles in from transport deliveries
- Managing vehicle parking and site space efficiently
- Overseeing vehicles being prepared for collection drivers
- Liaising with the Fleet Team to ensure correct documentation packs are assigned to the correct vehicles
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the Preparation Centre
- Maintaining high standards across the site
About You:
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Able to work effectively in a busy environment
- A commitment to delivering high standards of work
- Previous experience in a similar environment (desirable but not essential)
