As Riverside continues to grow, so do our opportunities. We are now looking for an experienced Service Manager for our Volvo dealership in Wakefield, to take our service department to the next level.

Established in 1982, we are an independently owned business that prides itself on outstanding customer service in our award-winning dealerships located in Doncaster, Wakefield, Barnsley, Hull, and Leeds. Our dealerships are recognised by their respective car manufacturers as offering the highest standards of customer service and care. Role – What you’ll be doing

You will lead and manage the Service team to ensure the effective delivery of our excellent aftersales services to our customers. We are looking for someone who thrives on meeting deadlines and takes pride in running a smooth operation. You’ll be a natural problem solver who constantly seeks to improve the way we do things, by utilising your experience of the motor trade, and by motivating and engaging with the team.

You’ll do this with:

You must also hold a full UK driving licence.
