Overview
As Riverside Motor Group continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Volvo Sales team to new levels. This is a full-time role with a basic salary from £35k per year (£60,000 OTE) depending on experience.

Established in 1982, we are an independently owned business that prides itself on outstanding customer service in our award-winning dealerships located in Doncaster, Wakefield, Barnsley, Hull, and Leeds. Our dealerships are recognised by their respective car manufacturers as offering the highest standards of customer service and care. We are authorised Volvo, SEAT, CUPRA, Honda & Used Car dealers with specialist Sales Executives, Aftersales Advisors, and Technicians to assist customers with queries.

The Role
As the Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and motivating the sales team, driving growth and profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the dealership management team to develop and execute sales strategies while maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. You’ll be a natural problem solver who constantly seeks to improve the way we do things by utilising motor trade experience, and by motivating and engaging with the team.
