The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality, brand‑compliant imagery for digital listings working indoors using our state‑of‑the‑art automated photobooth while performing detailed quality control checks before cars are advertised or dispatched.

We offer full‑time hours (8:30am to 5:00pm) with a competitive salary and career progression opportunities.

The Company – Who will I be working for?

Established in 1982, we are an independently owned business that prides itself on outstanding customer service across our award‑winning dealerships located in Doncaster, Wakefield, Barnsley, Hull, and Leeds.

Our dealerships are recognised by brands such as Volvo, SEAT, CUPRA, Honda, Polestar, BYD, and leading used‑car suppliers, offering the highest levels of service.

We’re constantly seeking motivated individuals who want to be part of a dynamic team, and who value responsibility, accountability, and high standards.

You will:

  • Capture clear, well‑composed photographs of used vehicles including exterior, interior, and feature shots, following strict brand guidelines.
  • Use our indoor electronic turntable photobooth to capture exterior shots of cars.
  • Work efficiently to photograph multiple vehicles per day in line with daily online listing targets.
  • Use company‑provided devices (camera, tablet, or phone) to upload images directly to stock systems or retail platforms.
  • Maintain the photo bay or designated shooting area to ensure it remains clean and professional at all times.
  • Conduct final cosmetic and functional checks on vehicles before they go live or are dispatched.
  • Verify that all required preparation work has been completed, including valeting, bodywork, and mechanical repairs.
  • Ensure key details such as mileage, spec, and features are accurate and consistent with internal records.
  • Identify and report any outstanding issues such as damage, warning lights, or cleanliness concerns.
  • Approve vehicles for listing or delivery once they meet our preparation standards.

You will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within vehicle preparation, photography, or automotive retail is desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot issues that others might miss.
  • Good time management skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet daily targets.
