Riverside Volvo Hull is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join the team at our stunning, brand-new premises with the latest premium retail experience for our customers.
Riverside Motor Group is an independently owned business established in 1982, recognised for outstanding customer service in our award-winning dealerships located in Doncaster, Wakefield, Barnsley, Hull, and Leeds. We are an authorised Volvo, SEAT, CUPRA, Honda & Used Car dealer with specialist Sales Executives, Aftersales Advisors and Technicians to assist customers with any queries.
We seek motivated individuals who want to work as part of a team and share in the commitment, responsibility, accountability, and discipline required to achieve our Vision.
The Role
The Service Advisor role is one of the most important in our dealership. Customer service is about building trusted relationships. You will act as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring customer satisfaction is outstanding. You will set customer expectations, keep in touch throughout the service or repair, upsell potential work, and follow up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the work carried out.
You’ll Do This By
Being driven and motivated, yet disciplined, with strong communication skills to work both independently and as part of a team. Keen attention to detail, comfort with technology, and a proactive approach are essential. Applicants must also hold a full UK driving licence.
