Sales Executive - Volvo

Essentials (You Must Have):

Experience in automotive sales

Ability to manage multiple tasks and customer journeys

Confident using basic IT systems/CRM tools

Proactive and solutions-focused approach

As a Sales Executive , you will be responsible for building strong, lasting relationships with customers, identifying their needs, achieving monthly sales targets, and delivering an exceptional end-to-end customer experience that reflects both Volvo\’s values and Riverside\’s commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities (FI&P)

Manage and follow up on all customer enquiries

Maximise retention and renewal opportunities

Support customers throughout the full sales journey

Maintain accurate CRM records

Ensure compliance with FCA guidelines and internal processes

About You:

A professional appearance and approach

The ability to build solid, long-term relationships with customers

Confidence in your ability to engage and influence, bringing your personality to life

Target-driven with a strong desire to succeed

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

A full UK driving licence
