Riverside Polestar based at the Meadowhall Shopping centre are recruiting for an ambitious and experienced Polestar Retail Specialist/ Customer Service Assistant to join our hard-working and friendly team on site on a part time basis. You will work alongside our passionate team to provide customers a first class customer service experience. This vacancy is for 14 hours per week.

We are Polestar. We are detail obsessed, performance focussed and determined to make the most advanced and exciting electric cars the world has ever seen! In the world of EV we like to lead the space! We blaze our own trail, one without compromise. We are building a brand new team of like minded people who are friendly and fun to work with. Our Polestar Space Manager Mike is very supportive and passionate about your future here with us. Fun fact Mike had no moto-trade experience prior to working at Polestar and came from a high-end retail background!

The training is so well thought out with our personal training platforms, interactive webinars, and our buddy system that a person with absolutely no car knowledge can transition easily into the role.

  • Communicating with customers in a friendly and polite manner via email, telephone and in person
  • As a Polestar Retail Specialist, you will act as a brand ambassador, providing a truly immersive, educational, and thrilling experience to our customers.
  • It will be your mission to ensure that every one of our customers leaves our space with unforgettable memories.
  • Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
  • Completing mandatory paperwork and processes as required
  • Become a true ambassador of the sales process, driving forwards all enquiry leads, whilst building a rapport with the customer to convert appointments into sales and ensuring all leads are maximised

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a dedication to flawless customer service and will be passionate about the motor trade industry. Having lots of enthusiasm, drive and motivation is key to consistently achieve fantastic results.

You will dazzle our customers with your passion for the brand, and in-depth knowledge of our range of vehicles, guiding them through the specifications – remember this is not a sales site/role, this is an innovative space where we share our knowledge of the amazing vehicles with the potential customers!

You will need to hold a full UK driving license as you may be expected to drive some of the most prestigious cars on the market!
